SUMMARY

In all my positions I have worked as structural engineer with ultimate bearing resistance and stability in all kind of building material. Especially in structural steel and concrete constructions and to a certain degree designing homes and made architectural drawings. The main equipments I’ve use in my work have been AutoCAD for the drawings and various computer software for structural analysis, simple as well as more advanced software.
The most known structural analyze software I’ve use in my work is “strusoft software”, covering the entire register, -steel, concrete and 3-dimension modeling etc. This software may probably like other
3-D analyzing software’s been constructed according to the principle of Finite Element Method (FEM).
In my tasks in the teamwork it also includes to be responsible for the ultimate bearing resistance and stability for constructions.
Among my best qualifications and personal quality is my social competence, analytical gift and learning capacity. |

Project manager, Designs: Designed the entire project, (11 villas), architectural and construction drawings in ACAD.
Production: Leading the project. To verifi the entire projekt follows according to the plan and the drawings.
My task in the project was “Project manager” and in the designing phase to design the entire site with 11 villas with shell (framework) of concrete and steel, both architectural and construction drawings.
It also included all the tender –and contract work. That means to find and form an opinion of right contractor to raise up the projekt for right price.
During the production phase to be projekt leader, continuing inspections to verify that the construction follows according to plans, time schedule and quality.

Further education in project engineering and quality supervisor according to ISO 9001 and the Swedish law of construction. Level Q, “Qualified”.
Executed smaller projects like reconstructed 16 apartments, and additional building extension of 11 balconies in structural steel. Created the drawings to prefabricate the shell (frame) and further to be installed on site. Calculations and continuing inspections during the work to finaly veryfi and report the object and the quality plan to the lokal goverment authority for construction.
Investigated the possibilities and had answer given beforehand from the lokal goverment authority for permittion to make additional building extension of 450 sqm attic to apartments.
Designed the apartments, extension of the lift-shaft and raising the roof.

Construction of schools, homes and industries with assistent of for instance modelling softwares and Autocad. In my tasks in the teamwork it also included to calculate the construction for the ultimate bearing resistance and stability, solutions for the details for the constructions.
Example of bigger project:
• Development of “Mölnlycke centrum”. –Construction of two residential properties and one for office (6-story). Contractor, “Skanska” –the biggest construction company in Sweden. As the structural engineer I constructed the entire project and made all the drawings in Autocad.
At the request of the contractor I became to be the co-ordinater of all consultants and prefabrications, -like Architects, HVS-engineer and electrical engineer. It means during the production, -to verify the audits of the construction and drawings to be followed up by every consultants as to be prepared for the following construction meeting.

• Construction of several industrial buildings in structural steel and concrete.
• Reinforcement of crossbars for industrial roof, (bearing distance of 45 meter) for increasing the load capacity for further installations. The reinforcement implied modelling to find the overloaded bars of steel, in order to avoid changing the entire loadbearing system.
• “Nova skolan, Kungsbacka bostäder” Constructed School propertie with the loadbearing shell of steel.
• Reinforcement of the foundation of a 5 story 100 years old building builded on clay. Reinforced with piles of structural steel to the rock. Executed the calculations for the ultimate bearing resistance and the drawings in Autocad.

Analysed the termodynamic heat transfer trough buildings. In building physics it is generally considered that the thermal conduction is the biggest part of heat losses. Why we usely neglect the radiation and convection, which together are a big part of losses.
The purpose of this reseach was to map out the convection part of the heat transfer trough the construction.
